We sell, install and service business telephone systems and specialize in Avaya and Nortel products. A phone system consists of some number of phones that are connected to a control box. The box is designed to be programmed in many ways to fit the needs of almost any customer. We are experts at knowing how to program the control boxes to satisfy the special needs of each of our customers. We have been doing this for almost 20 years and have installed many other brands of phone systems as well. The box is connected to the world outside the office by what we have called a trunk line connection which is briefly described, along with some of the options to choose from, on the trunk line connection page.
